Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Xenia, OH
The Reasons We Adore Yorkies
Yorkshire Terriers, affectionately called Yorkies, have a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. With their long, beautiful, silky coat and very little shedding, Yorkies are often recommended for people with allergies. Most Yorkies weigh 7 pounds or less, but their big-dog attitude can be feisty and bossy. What really wins people over, though, is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. Their love of cuddling and staying right by your side is the icing on the cake. They fit in well with most families. Finding a reputable Yorkie breeder near Xenia, Ohio can be a challenge, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. That's why we're so proud to provide families in Xenia with our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies. Our mission is to help every family find a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Discover What Sets Our Puppies Apart
At The Puppy House, we don't cut corners when it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies. The bar we set for ourselves is well above the basics. All of our adult dogs have been genetically tested, and each comes from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Each dog in our care is well looked after and has plenty of room to play and socialize.
We put every puppy through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important step, and it builds the foundation for good behavior and habits as they grow. Our puppies play and explore in the backyard alongside kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. This helps with socialization and gives them plenty of exercise too.
We invite you to stop by and pick out your puppy in person if you can. That way, you can meet us face to face and see our home and our dogs. We take placing our Yorkies seriously, and we see it as much more than a one-time sale. We love meeting new friends, keeping in touch, and watching our puppies grow up in loving homes.
Every puppy gets their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam before going home. You can rest easy knowing you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
Free Pickup, or $250 Delivery to Xenia, Ohio
Coming to get the puppy
Pickup is free and it's what most Ohio families choose. From Xenia the farm is 133 miles away, 2 to 4 hours by car. A visit is also what separates a breeder from the large puppy websites, which are brokers listing dogs from kennels they have never walked into. Visits are by appointment. That isn't us being formal about it. This is a working farm, and an appointment means the time gets set aside for you properly rather than fitted in between chores. Come out, take as long as you want, and ask us anything. Nobody has ever been rushed off this property.
We're closed Sundays. A message left with us then usually gets answered Monday morning.

Their own veterinarian checks each puppy over after pickup and before the van leaves the driveway. Reserve before noon on Monday and it usually runs that week.
Flying makes little sense inside Ohio and almost nobody asks for it. If you did want it, the nanny would land at James M. Cox Dayton International Airport, and Cincinnati Municipal Airport Lunken Field, but a commercial flight with an in-flight nanny runs $750 to $1,200, which buys you nothing on a drive this short.
