Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Centerville, OH
Why We Adore Yorkies
Everyone at The Puppy House has a soft spot for Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies. The breed's long, silky coat is beautiful and sheds very little, so Yorkies are often recommended for people with allergies. Even at 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can come across as feisty and bossy. But what most people love is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. Their love of cuddling and always staying close is the icing on the cake. Yorkies make a wonderful fit for most families. With so few responsible breeders across the country, finding a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Centerville, Ohio area can be a challenge. That's what makes us so proud to offer our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Centerville. We want every family to find a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.
Our Available Yorkie Puppies In Centerville
See Why Our Puppies Are the Best
At The Puppy House, we're committed to breeding and raising Yorkies the right way. We hold our program to standards well beyond the basics. Our adult dogs are genetically tested and come from strong bloodlines with a reputation for great temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and have all the room they need to play and socialize.
Every puppy is given Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done early in life. Socialization is another important step, and it helps build good behavior and habits as our puppies grow. Out in the backyard, our puppies play and explore alongside kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great socialization, and they get lots of exercise along the way.
Whenever possible, we invite you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person. While you're here, you can see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We treat placing our Yorkies as more than a one-time sale, and we take it seriously. It means a lot to us to make new friends, keep in touch, and watch our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before they go home, all of our puppies receive their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can trust that you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
Free Pickup, or $250 Delivery to Centerville, Ohio
Coming to get the puppy
Pickup is free and it's what most Ohio families choose. From Centerville the farm is 145 miles away, 2 to 4 hours by car. A visit is also what separates a breeder from the large puppy websites, which are brokers listing dogs from kennels they have never walked into. Visits are by appointment. That isn't us being formal about it. This is a working farm, and an appointment means the time gets set aside for you properly rather than fitted in between chores. Come out, take as long as you want, and ask us anything. Nobody has ever been rushed off this property.
We're closed Sundays. A message left with us then usually gets answered Monday morning.
Home delivery
If the drive genuinely doesn't work, home delivery to Centerville, to , including Washington OH, Kettering OH, Wayne OH, and Harveysburg OH, or anywhere else in Greene County is $250, which is the lowest rate we charge anywhere. Your puppy travels with a pet delivery service in a climate controlled van, in a carrier of its own, and there are always two drivers so somebody is with the puppies the whole way. Their own veterinarian checks each puppy over after pickup and before the van leaves the driveway. Reserve before noon on Monday and it usually runs that week.
Flying makes little sense inside Ohio and almost nobody asks for it. If you did want it, the nanny would land at James M. Cox Dayton International Airport, and Cincinnati Municipal Airport Lunken Field, but a commercial flight with an in-flight nanny runs $750 to $1,200, which buys you nothing on a drive this short.
