Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Beavercreek, OH
Why We Love Yorkies
Everyone at The Puppy House has a soft spot for Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies. This breed has a long, beautiful, silky coat and is often recommended for people with allergies because it sheds very little. Although they typically weigh 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. Even so, what really wins people over is their sweet nature and the strong bond they form with their family. Their love of snuggling and staying close all the time is the icing on the cake. They settle into most family homes with ease. It's not always easy to find reputable Yorkie breeders in the Beavercreek, Ohio area, because responsible breeders are scarce across the country. This is why we're so proud to offer carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Beavercreek. We want every family to have a healthy, well-raised puppy they can truly count on.

See Why Our Puppies Are the Best
At The Puppy House, we're committed to breeding and raising Yorkies the right way. We aim much higher than the basics. All of our adult dogs are genetically tested and come from strong bloodlines known for their great temperaments. Every dog here is well cared for and has lots of room to play and socialize.
Every puppy starts out with Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done over the first few weeks. Socialization is another key step, and it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. Our puppies play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. This time outside is great socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
We invite you to come visit and pick out your puppy in person if you can. It's a great chance to see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take placing our Yorkies seriously, since to us it's more than a one-time sale. Nothing makes us happier than making new friends, keeping in touch, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Each puppy has their first round of vaccinations and a full veterinary exam before going home. You can rest assured that you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
Free Pickup, or $250 Delivery to Beavercreek, Ohio
Coming to get the puppy
Pickup is free and it's what most Ohio families choose. From Beavercreek the farm is 139 miles away, 2 to 4 hours by car. A visit is also what separates a breeder from the large puppy websites, which are brokers listing dogs from kennels they have never walked into. Visits are by appointment. That isn't us being formal about it. This is a working farm, and an appointment means the time gets set aside for you properly rather than fitted in between chores. Come out, take as long as you want, and ask us anything. Nobody has ever been rushed off this property.
We're closed Sundays. A message left with us then usually gets answered Monday morning.
Home delivery
If the drive genuinely doesn't work, home delivery to Beavercreek, to , including Xenia OH, Sugarcreek OH, and Bellbrook OH, or anywhere else in Greene County is $250, which is the lowest rate we charge anywhere. Your puppy travels with a pet delivery service in a climate controlled van, in a carrier of its own, and there are always two drivers so somebody is with the puppies the whole way. Their own veterinarian checks each puppy over after pickup and before the van leaves the driveway. Reserve before noon on Monday and it usually runs that week.
Flying makes little sense inside Ohio and almost nobody asks for it. If you did want it, the nanny would land at James M. Cox Dayton International Airport, and Cincinnati Municipal Airport Lunken Field, but a commercial flight with an in-flight nanny runs $750 to $1,200, which buys you nothing on a drive this short.
