Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Willoughby, OH
The Reasons We Adore Yorkies
Yorkshire Terriers, affectionately called Yorkies, have a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. The breed's long, silky coat is beautiful and sheds very little, so Yorkies are often recommended for people with allergies. They're small, usually weighing 7 pounds or less, but Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. Still, their sweet nature and the deep connection they form with their family are what really win people over. Their love of cuddles and being near you all the time is the icing on the cake. They adapt well to most families. Tracking down a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Willoughby, Ohio area can be challenging, since responsible breeders are so rare across the country. That's why we're so proud to offer our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Willoughby. We want every family to be able to bring home a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Discover What Sets Our Puppies Apart
At The Puppy House, we don't cut corners when it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies. The bar we set for ourselves is well above the basics. All of our adult dogs have been genetically tested and come from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and enjoy plenty of room to play and socialize.
Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life, is part of every puppy's routine. Socialization is also an important step, since it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as puppies grow. They get plenty of time to play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. This is a great way for them to socialize, and they get plenty of exercise too.
If you're able, come visit us and pick out your puppy in person. This way, you can see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take placing our Yorkies with families seriously, and it's more than a one-time sale to us. We enjoy making new friends, staying in touch, and seeing our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before going home, each puppy is given their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can be sure you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to become part of your family.
Free Pickup, or $250 Delivery to Willoughby, Ohio
Coming to get the puppy
Pickup is free and it's what most Ohio families choose. From Willoughby the farm is 80 miles away, 1 to 3 hours by car. A visit is also what separates a breeder from the large puppy websites, which are brokers listing dogs from kennels they have never walked into. Visits are by appointment. That isn't us being formal about it. This is a working farm, and an appointment means the time gets set aside for you properly rather than fitted in between chores. Come out, take as long as you want, and ask us anything. Nobody has ever been rushed off this property.
We're closed Sundays. A message left with us then usually gets answered Monday morning.
Home delivery
If the drive genuinely doesn't work, home delivery to Willoughby, to , including Mentor OH, Eastlake OH, Willowick OH, Wickliffe OH, Chester OH, Willoughby Hills OH, Chesterland OH, and Timberlake OH, or anywhere else in Lake County is $250, which is the lowest rate we charge anywhere. Flying makes little sense inside Ohio and almost nobody asks for it.
