Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Clinton, MS
See Why We Love Yorkies
At The Puppy House, Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies, hold a special place in our hearts. This breed has a long, beautiful, silky coat and is often recommended for people with allergies because it sheds very little. Although they typically weigh 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. However, what really wins people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. Their love of snuggling up and staying by your side is the icing on the cake. They tend to fit right in with most families. Tracking down a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Clinton, Mississippi area can be challenging, since responsible breeders are so rare across the country. That's why we take great pride in offering our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Clinton. We want every family to have access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can depend on.
Our Available Yorkie Puppies In Clinton
Why Our Puppies Are Second to None
At The Puppy House, we do things the right way when it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies. Our standards go well past the bare minimum. Our adult dogs are genetically tested and come from strong bloodlines with great temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and have lots of space to play and socialize.
Every puppy goes through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important piece, and it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. They get plenty of time to play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great socialization, and it keeps them active too.
We'd be happy to have you visit and pick out your puppy in person if you can. You'll get to see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We treat placing our Yorkies as more than a one-time sale, and we take it seriously. We love making new friends, keeping in touch, and seeing our puppies grow up in loving homes.
Before your puppy comes home, they receive their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can trust that you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
What Delivery to Clinton, Mississippi Looks Like
Ground delivery to your door
This runs a flat $350 to any address in the state, and it is what most Clinton families use. Professional transport drives the puppy door to door in a climate controlled van, in an individual carrier, with updates along the way. Vans leave Sugarcreek on Tuesdays. Most families have their puppy within about three days of departure, and with 741 miles to cover, Clinton usually lands at the two to three day end of that. Out your way the van also delivers to , including Vicksburg MS, Crystal Springs MS, Hazlehurst MS, Raymond MS, Flora MS, and Bolton MS, and nothing changes for an address elsewhere in Hinds County. The air conditioning matters more on this route than on most, since a four to seven pound dog has very little margin in July. Each puppy travels with a bag of the food it has been eating and a blanket that smells like its littermates.
Flight nanny to an airport near Clinton
A trained handler keeps the puppy in the cabin, never cargo, and passes it to you at baggage claim. Most of these are finished in a single day. Clinton families would meet the flight at Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport, and Hattiesburg Laurel Regional Airport. Cost is quoted per flight and runs above ground transport. We arrange a veterinary health certificate before travel, and the puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under twenty pounds including the carrier, which is not a limit a Yorkie will ever come near.
Picking the puppy up in Sugarcreek
You're welcome at the farm by appointment. From Clinton that's 14 to 16 hours each way, a two day trip for most people, though it does let you see where the puppy was raised, meet the parent dogs and go through the health records and microchip registration face to face.
Which option fits Clinton
Ground transport is the sensible default almost everywhere in Mississippi, and that includes Clinton. If you would rather have the puppy home the same day, a flight nanny is worth pricing out. A few families do make the trip up to the farm, and they're always welcome.
