Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Marion, OH
Why We're Crazy About Yorkies
At The Puppy House, we have a soft spot for Yorkshire Terriers, better known as Yorkies. Yorkies have a long, beautiful, silky coat and are often recommended for people with allergies because they shed very little. Yorkies usually weigh no more than 7 pounds, yet they have a big-dog attitude that can be both feisty and bossy. But underneath that attitude, what really wins people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. The cherry on top is their love of cuddling and staying close all the time. They usually fit right in with most families. Finding a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Marion, Ohio area can be difficult, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. That's why offering our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Marion is something we take great pride in. Our aim is to give every family access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Find Out What Makes Our Puppies the Best
Breeding and raising Yorkies the right way is what we're all about at The Puppy House. Our standards are set well above the minimum. All of our adult dogs come from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments, and every one is genetically tested. Our dogs are well cared for and have all the room they need to play and socialize.
Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life, is part of every puppy's routine. Socialization is another important step, and it helps build good behavior and habits as our puppies grow. They play and explore in our backyard with kids, adults, and our vaccinated adult dogs. Besides being great socialization, it gives them plenty of exercise.
If you can make the trip, we invite you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person. That way, you can see our home and our dogs for yourself and meet us face to face. Placing our Yorkies matters to us, and we see it as more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends and staying in touch as our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before leaving for their new home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can rest assured that you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
Free Pickup, or $250 Delivery to Marion, Ohio
Coming to get the puppy
Pickup is free and it's what most Ohio families choose. From Marion the farm is 79 miles away, 1 to 3 hours by car. A visit is also what separates a breeder from the large puppy websites, which are brokers listing dogs from kennels they have never walked into. Visits are by appointment. That isn't us being formal about it. This is a working farm, and an appointment means the time gets set aside for you properly rather than fitted in between chores. Come out, take as long as you want, and ask us anything. Nobody has ever been rushed off this property.
We're closed Sundays. A message left with us then usually gets answered Monday morning.

Flying makes little sense inside Ohio and almost nobody asks for it. If you did want it, the nanny would land at John Glenn Columbus International Airport, and Rickenbacker International Airport, but a commercial flight with an in-flight nanny runs $750 to $1,200, which buys you nothing on a drive this short.
