Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Homer Glen, IL
Here's Why We Love Yorkies
At The Puppy House, the Yorkshire Terrier, or Yorkie, holds a special place in our hearts. Yorkies have a beautiful, long, silky coat, and since they shed very little, they're often recommended for people with allergies. Even though they typically weigh 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But what wins people's hearts is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. To top it off, they love to cuddle and stay close all the time. They fit easily into most families. Given how few responsible breeders there are across the country, finding reputable Yorkie breeders in the Homer Glen, Illinois area can be difficult. This is why we're proud to make our carefully bred Yorkie puppies available to families in Homer Glen. We want to make sure every family has access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

See Why Our Puppies Stand Out
At The Puppy House, we make sure our Yorkies are bred and raised the right way. Our standards go much further than the basics. Each of our adult dogs is genetically tested and comes from strong bloodlines with a history of great temperaments. Every one of our dogs is well cared for, and each has plenty of room to play and socialize.
In the first few weeks of life, every puppy goes through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises. Socialization is another important step that helps our puppies develop good behavior and habits as they grow. In our backyard, the puppies play and explore with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great socialization, and it keeps them active too.
If you can, we'd love for you to come see us and pick out your puppy in person. This gives you a chance to see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take placing our Yorkies seriously, since to us it's more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, checking in over the years, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Every puppy gets their first round of shots and a thorough veterinary exam before going home. You can be sure you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to become part of your family.

It costs more than ground transport and gets quoted per flight, since the price depends on the route and the date. Winter delays are worth planning around if you're flying a puppy into Illinois in January.
