Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Algonquin, IL
Why We Love Yorkies
Everyone at The Puppy House has a soft spot for Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies. Yorkies have a long, beautiful, silky coat and are often recommended for people with allergies because they shed very little. Although they typically weigh 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family are what really win people over. Then there's their love of cuddling and staying close all the time, which is the icing on the cake. Yorkies adapt easily to most families. With so few responsible breeders across the country, finding a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Algonquin, Illinois area can be a challenge. That's why we take great pride in making our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies available to families in Algonquin. We want to make sure every family has access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

See Why Our Puppies Are the Best
At The Puppy House, we're committed to breeding and raising Yorkies the right way. We go far beyond the minimum standards. All of our adult dogs are genetically tested, and they come from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and enjoy plenty of room to play and socialize.
Our puppies all go through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), which involves gentle handling exercises in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important step, laying the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. Our puppies get to play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. This playtime is great socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
If it works for you, we invite you to visit and pick out your puppy in person. That gives you the chance to see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take placing our Yorkies to heart, and to us it's more than a one-time sale. We love forming new friendships, staying in touch, and seeing our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before heading home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can bring your new Yorkie home knowing they're healthy, happy, and ready to be part of your family.
