Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Glen Ellyn, IL
Find Out the Reasons We Love Yorkies
The Yorkshire Terrier, also known as the Yorkie, holds a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. The Yorkie's long, silky coat is beautiful and low-shedding, which makes the breed a common recommendation for people with allergies. Although they typically weigh 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. Still, what wins most people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. Their love of cuddles and being near you all the time is the icing on the cake. They fit easily into most families. In the Glen Ellyn, Illinois area, reputable Yorkie breeders can be tough to find, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. For that reason, we take great pride in offering our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Glen Ellyn. We want every family to have a healthy, well-raised puppy they can rely on.

Discover Why Our Puppies Stand Out
At The Puppy House, we make sure our Yorkies are bred and raised the right way. We go well beyond the basic standards. All of our adult dogs have been genetically tested and come from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Every one of our dogs is well cared for and has plenty of room to play and socialize.
During their first few weeks, our puppies go through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises. Socialization is another important step, laying the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. We let our puppies play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. Besides being great socialization, it gives them plenty of exercise.
Feel free to visit us and pick out your puppy in person if you can. This way, you can see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take great care in placing our Yorkies, and to us it's more than a one-time sale. We enjoy gaining new friends, keeping in touch, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before heading home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can bring your new Yorkie home knowing they're healthy, happy, and ready to be part of your family.
