Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Tulsa, OK

Learn the Reasons We Love Yorkies
The Yorkshire Terrier, also known as the Yorkie, holds a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. This breed has a long, beautiful, silky coat and is often recommended for people with allergies because it sheds very little. Although they typically weigh 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But underneath that attitude, what really wins people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. The fact that they love to cuddle and stay close all the time is the icing on the cake. Yorkies make a wonderful fit for most families. Finding a reputable Yorkie breeder near Tulsa, Oklahoma can be a challenge, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. That's why we're so proud to offer our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Tulsa. We believe every family deserves access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Learn What Sets Our Puppies Apart
We breed and raise our Yorkies the right way here at The Puppy House. Meeting the basics isn't enough for us. All of our adult dogs have been genetically tested, and each comes from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and have lots of space to play and socialize.
Each of our puppies receives Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a set of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. We also make socialization a priority, because it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as our puppies grow. Our puppies play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. Besides being great socialization, it gives them plenty of exercise.
Feel free to visit us and pick out your puppy in person if you can. You'll get to see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take every Yorkie placement seriously, and to us it's much more than a one-time sale. We love forming new friendships, staying in touch, and seeing our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before heading home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can bring your new Yorkie home knowing they're healthy, happy, and ready to be part of your family.
Yorkie Puppy Delivery to Tulsa, Oklahoma: Ways Home and What They Cost
Oklahoma sits in our national delivery tier at a flat $450 for ground transport, and the drive from Sugarcreek to Tulsa runs 829 miles, roughly 16 to 18 hours behind the wheel.
Ground home delivery
A professional pet transport service drives the puppy to your door in a custom climate controlled van, with its own carrier, a veterinary check before departure, and updates along the way. Vans leave on Tuesdays. For a city at this distance, expect the puppy to arrive within about two to three days of departure depending on the route. If you're outside Tulsa proper, the van also delivers to , including Owasso OK, and Turley OK and to rural Osage County addresses. Nothing about it involves an airport, which is the reason most families pick it.
Flight nanny
A trained handler flies with the puppy beside them in the cabin, never in cargo, and hands it over at baggage claim. Nanny flights are usually a one day affair. Tulsa families meet the flight at Tulsa International Airport, and Stillwater Regional Airport. The puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under 20 pounds with the carrier, which no Yorkshire Terrier ever comes close to, and a health certificate is arranged before the flight. Pricing is per flight and sits above ground delivery.
Pickup in Sugarcreek
You're welcome to come get the puppy yourself by appointment, though at 16 to 18 hours of driving each way, very few Oklahoma families do. It's worth timing around a trip you were making anyway. You get to see where the puppy grew up and go over the records, microchip registration, and guarantee in person.
What we suggest for Tulsa
Ground delivery works for most families. It's the cheaper of the two, it puts the puppy at your front door, and two or three days on the road with a professional handler is easier on a four pound animal than most people expect. Choose the flight nanny if you want the puppy home in a single day. Either way the method, the timing, and the fee get settled on a call after the puppy is reserved.
