Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Bixby, OK
The Reasons We Adore Yorkies
Yorkshire Terriers, affectionately called Yorkies, have a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. Yorkies are often recommended for people with allergies because their long, beautiful, silky coat sheds very little. Even though they typically weigh 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family are what really win people over. Their love of cuddles and being near you all the time is the icing on the cake. They fit right in with most families. Finding a trustworthy Yorkie breeder in the Bixby, Oklahoma area isn't easy, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. That's why we take real pride in providing our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Bixby. We want every family to find a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Discover What Sets Our Puppies Apart
At The Puppy House, we don't cut corners when it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies. Our standards go much further than the basics. Every adult dog in our program is genetically tested and comes from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Each of our dogs is well cared for and has plenty of room to play and socialize.
Every puppy receives Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), which is a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important step, and it builds the foundation for good behavior and habits as they grow. Our puppies get to play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
We invite you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person if you can. It's a chance to see our home, meet our dogs, and get to know us face to face. We take placing each Yorkie seriously, and we see it as more than a one-time sale. We enjoy making new friends, keeping in touch, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before leaving for their new home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can rest assured that you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
Yorkie Puppy Delivery to Bixby, Oklahoma: Ways Home and What They Cost
Oklahoma sits in our national delivery tier at a flat $450 for ground transport, and the drive from Sugarcreek to Bixby runs 833 miles, roughly 16 to 18 hours behind the wheel.
Ground home delivery
A professional pet transport service drives the puppy to your door in a custom climate controlled van, with its own carrier, a veterinary check before departure, and updates along the way. Vans leave on Tuesdays. For a city at this distance, expect the puppy to arrive within about two to three days of departure depending on the route. If you're outside Bixby proper, the van also delivers to , including Broken Arrow OK, Jenks OK, Okmulgee OK, Henryetta OK, Haskell OK, Morris OK, Weleetka OK, Dewar OK, and Winchester OK and to rural Tulsa County addresses. Nothing about it involves an airport, which is the reason most families pick it.
Flight nanny
A trained handler flies with the puppy beside them in the cabin, never in cargo, and hands it over at baggage claim. Nanny flights are usually a one day affair. Bixby families meet the flight at Tulsa International Airport, and Stillwater Regional Airport. The puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under 20 pounds with the carrier, which no Yorkshire Terrier ever comes close to, and a health certificate is arranged before the flight. Pricing is per flight and sits above ground delivery.
Pickup in Sugarcreek
You're welcome to come get the puppy yourself by appointment, though at 16 to 18 hours of driving each way, very few Oklahoma families do. It's worth timing around a trip you were making anyway. You get to see where the puppy grew up and go over the records, microchip registration, and guarantee in person.
What we suggest for Bixby
Ground delivery works for most families. It's the cheaper of the two, it puts the puppy at your front door, and two or three days on the road with a professional handler is easier on a four pound animal than most people expect. Choose the flight nanny if you want the puppy home in a single day. Either way the method, the timing, and the fee get settled on a call after the puppy is reserved.
