Find Out Why Yorkies Have Our Hearts
Yorkshire Terriers, often called Yorkies, hold a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. Yorkies have a beautiful, long, silky coat that sheds very little, and they're often suggested for people with allergies. Small as they are at 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family are what really win people over. The fact that they love to cuddle and stay close all the time is the icing on the cake. Yorkies adapt easily to most families. Given how few responsible breeders there are across the country, finding reputable Yorkie breeders in the Peachtree City, Georgia area can be difficult. That's why we take great pride in bringing our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Peachtree City. Our aim is to give every family access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

What Sets Our Puppies Apart
At The Puppy House, we believe in doing things the right way when it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies. The bar we set for ourselves is well above the basics. We genetically test all of our adult dogs, and each one comes from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Every one of our dogs is well cared for, and each has plenty of room to play and socialize.
Every puppy is given Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done early in life. Another important step is socialization, which helps shape good behavior and habits as they grow. Our puppies spend time in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs, playing and exploring together. It's great for socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
We always welcome visits, so come pick out your puppy in person if you can. That way, you can see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take placing our Yorkies with families seriously, and it's more than a one-time sale to us. We love making new friends along the way, keeping in touch, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Each puppy has their first round of vaccinations and a full veterinary exam before going home. You can bring your new Yorkie home knowing they're healthy, happy, and ready to be part of your family.
Three Ways a Yorkie Puppy Gets From Sugarcreek to Peachtree City, Georgia
Ground delivery, $350. Georgia sits in our regional pricing tier, so home delivery is a flat $350 anywhere in the state. A professional pet transport service drives the puppy door to door in a custom climate controlled van, in an individual carrier, with a veterinary checkup before departure and updates from the road. Transport leaves Sugarcreek on Tuesdays. Peachtree City is 517 miles from the farm, and once route stops are figured in, most families here are holding their puppy within a couple of days. The van that serves Peachtree City also covers , including Newnan GA, Fayetteville GA, Tyrone GA, Senoia GA, and Brooks GA. This is the option we recommend for almost everyone in Fayette County. There's no airport trip on either end, and for a four pound dog, a climate controlled van is a better ride than a car with a carrier on the back seat.
Flight nanny. If you want the puppy sooner, a trained handler flies with it in the cabin of a commercial flight, in an airline approved soft carrier under the seat, never in cargo. Most of these are finished the same day. From Peachtree City, the airports we would plan a handoff around are Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and DeKalb Peachtree Airport. Yorkshire Terriers clear the twenty pound cabin limit with room to spare. We arrange the health certificate ahead of travel, and the handoff happens at baggage claim. It costs more than ground transport and gets quoted per flight.
Farm pickup. You're welcome to come get the puppy yourself by appointment. The drive up from Peachtree City runs 9 to 11 hours each way, and families sometimes make an overnight trip out of it. You see where the puppy has been raised. We go over the microchip registration, vaccination records, and the health guarantee in person. Once the round trip turns into two long days of driving, ground delivery starts making more sense than the gas.
Every puppy goes home with a bag of the food it has been eating. The method, the timing, and the fee all get confirmed on a phone call once the puppy is reserved.
