Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Geneva, IL
Find Out the Reasons We Love Yorkies
The Yorkshire Terrier, also known as the Yorkie, holds a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. Their coat is long, silky, and beautiful, and because it sheds very little, Yorkies are often recommended for people with allergies. Even though most Yorkies weigh 7 pounds or less, they often act like big dogs, with an attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family are what really win people over. Their love of snuggling and staying close all the time is the icing on the cake. They adjust easily to life with most families. Finding a trustworthy Yorkie breeder in the Geneva, Illinois area isn't easy, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. That's why offering our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Geneva is something we take great pride in. We want each family to have access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can trust.

Discover Why Our Puppies Stand Out
At The Puppy House, we make sure our Yorkies are bred and raised the right way. We hold ourselves to standards that go well beyond the basics. All of our adult dogs are genetically tested and come from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Our dogs are all well cared for and have plenty of room to play and socialize.
Every puppy we raise goes through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first weeks of life. Another important step is socialization, which helps our puppies build good behavior and habits as they grow. Our puppies play and explore in the backyard alongside kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. This is great socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
We always welcome visits, so come pick out your puppy in person if you can. That way, you can see where your puppy was raised, spend time with our dogs, and meet us face to face. We're careful about placing our Yorkies, and for us it's always more than a one-time sale. We enjoy making new friends, keeping in touch, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before heading home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can bring your new Yorkie home knowing they're healthy, happy, and ready to be part of your family.
Yorkie Puppy Delivery to Geneva, Illinois, and What Each Option Costs
Pickup in Sugarcreek. Collect the puppy yourself, by appointment. From Geneva that's 6 to 8 hours each way. Families who make the drive see where the puppy was raised and go over the vaccination records, microchip registration, and health guarantee in person.
Home delivery by ground. Most Illinois families take this option, and it's the one we would suggest for almost any address in Kane County. A professional transport service drives the puppy door to door in a climate controlled van, in an individual carrier, with a veterinary check before departure and updates along the way. Transport leaves on Tuesdays. At $350 flat, Illinois sits in our regional tier, and since the state is one of the nearer stops heading west, most families have their puppy within a day or two of departure rather than the full three. Geneva comes up 360 miles into the route, and the same van reaches , including St. Charles IL, and Batavia IL.
Flight nanny. A handler carries the puppy in the cabin beside them, never in cargo, and hands it over at baggage claim. The usual arrival airports for Geneva families are Chicago O'Hare International Airport, and Chicago Midway International Airport. Nearly all of these trips wrap up inside a day. It costs more than ground transport and gets quoted per flight, since the price depends on the route and the date. The puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under twenty pounds including the carrier, which no Yorkshire Terrier gets anywhere near, and we arrange the health certificate beforehand. Winter delays are worth planning around if you're flying a puppy into Illinois in January.
We send food along with every puppy. The method, the timing, and the price all get confirmed on a call once a puppy is reserved.
