Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Bartlett, IL
Why Yorkies Have Our Hearts
Everyone at The Puppy House has a soft spot for Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies. A Yorkie's long, beautiful, silky coat sheds very little, which is why the breed is often recommended for people with allergies. Most Yorkies weigh 7 pounds or less, but their big-dog attitude can be feisty and bossy. But their sweet temperament and the deep bond they create with their family are what win people over. As a bonus, they love to cuddle and stay close all the time. They're a great match for most families. Reputable Yorkie breeders are hard to come by in the Bartlett, Illinois area, since there are so few responsible breeders nationwide. That's exactly why we take great pride in offering our carefully bred Yorkie puppies to families in Bartlett. We want every family to find a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Discover What Makes Our Puppies the Best
Breeding and raising Yorkies the right way is what we're all about at The Puppy House. Our standards are much higher than what's required. All of our adult dogs are genetically tested, and they come from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Every dog here gets great care and has plenty of room to play and socialize.
Each puppy completes Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important step, laying the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. They play and explore in our backyard with kids, adults, and our vaccinated adult dogs. This time outside is great socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
We encourage you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person if you can. This way, you can see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We put a lot of thought into placing our Yorkies, and to us it's more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, checking in over the years, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before leaving for their new home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can bring your new Yorkie home knowing they're healthy, happy, and ready to be part of your family.

Transport leaves on Tuesdays. At $350 flat, Illinois sits in our regional tier, and since the state is one of the nearer stops heading west, most families have their puppy within a day or two of departure rather than the full three. Bartlett comes up 355 miles into the route, and the same van reaches , including and Hanover Park IL.
Flight nanny. A handler carries the puppy in the cabin beside them, never in cargo, and hands it over at baggage claim. The usual arrival airports for Bartlett families are Chicago O'Hare International Airport, and Chicago Midway International Airport. Nearly all of these trips wrap up inside a day. It costs more than ground transport and gets quoted per flight, since the price depends on the route and the date. The puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under twenty pounds including the carrier, which no Yorkshire Terrier gets anywhere near, and we arrange the health certificate beforehand. Winter delays are worth planning around if you're flying a puppy into Illinois in January.
We send food along with every puppy. The method, the timing, and the price all get confirmed on a call once a puppy is reserved.
