Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Fremont, IL

Find Out the Reasons We Love Yorkies
The Yorkshire Terrier, also known as the Yorkie, holds a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. This breed has a beautiful, long, silky coat that sheds very little, making it a popular recommendation for people with allergies. Even at 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can come across as feisty and bossy. That said, what really wins people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. Even better, they love to cuddle and stay close all the time. They adjust easily to life with most families. Searching for a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Fremont, Illinois area can be challenging, given how few responsible breeders there are nationwide. That's why we're so proud to offer our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Fremont. Our aim is to give every family access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

See What Sets Our Puppies Apart
We breed and raise our Yorkies the right way here at The Puppy House. Our standards go well past the bare minimum. All the adult dogs in our program are genetically tested and come from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Every one of our dogs is well looked after and has plenty of space to play and socialize.
All our puppies receive Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises we do in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important piece, and it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. Our puppies play and explore in the backyard alongside kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's excellent socialization, and it gives them lots of exercise as well.
If you're able to, we'd love for you to visit and choose your puppy in person. Visiting lets you see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take placing our Yorkies seriously, since to us it's more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, hearing from them over the years, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before going home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can bring your new Yorkie home knowing they're healthy, happy, and ready to be part of your family.

Pickup in Sugarcreek. Collect the puppy yourself, by appointment. From Fremont that's 6 to 8 hours each way. Families who make the drive see where the puppy was raised and go over the vaccination records, microchip registration, and health guarantee in person.
Home delivery by ground. Most Illinois families take this option, and it's the one we would suggest for almost any address in Lake County. A professional transport service drives the puppy door to door in a climate controlled van, in an individual carrier, with a veterinary check before departure and updates along the way. Transport leaves on Tuesdays. At $350 flat, Illinois sits in our regional tier, and since the state is one of the nearer stops heading west, most families have their puppy within a day or two of departure rather than the full three. Fremont comes up 355 miles into the route, and the same van reaches , including Mundelein IL, and Wauconda IL.
Flight nanny. A handler carries the puppy in the cabin beside them, never in cargo, and hands it over at baggage claim. The usual arrival airports for Fremont families are Chicago O'Hare International Airport, and Chicago Midway International Airport. Nearly all of these trips wrap up inside a day. It costs more than ground transport and gets quoted per flight, since the price depends on the route and the date. The puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under twenty pounds including the carrier, which no Yorkshire Terrier gets anywhere near, and we arrange the health certificate beforehand. Winter delays are worth planning around if you're flying a puppy into Illinois in January.
We send food along with every puppy. The method, the timing, and the price all get confirmed on a call once a puppy is reserved.
