Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Park Forest, IL
See Why Yorkies Are So Special to Us
Few breeds are as close to our hearts at The Puppy House as the Yorkshire Terrier, also known as the Yorkie. This breed has a beautiful, long, silky coat that sheds very little, making it a popular recommendation for people with allergies. While most Yorkies weigh 7 pounds or less, they have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But the real reason people fall for Yorkies is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. Their love of cuddling and staying close all the time is the cherry on top. For most families, a Yorkie fits right in. Responsible breeders are few and far between across the country, which makes finding a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Park Forest, Illinois area a challenge. That's why it means so much to us to offer our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Park Forest. We want to make sure every family has access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.
Our Available Yorkie Puppies In Park Forest
Why Our Puppies Are the Ones to Choose
At The Puppy House, we always do things the right way when it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies. We hold our program to standards well beyond the basics. Our adult dogs are genetically tested and come from strong bloodlines with great temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and have plenty of space for playing and socializing.
Every puppy goes through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. We also make socialization a priority, because it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as our puppies grow. The puppies play and explore in our backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great for socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
We invite you to stop by and pick out your puppy in person if you can. It's a great chance to see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take placing our Yorkies seriously, and we see it as much more than a one-time sale. We love gaining new friends, keeping in touch, and seeing our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before going home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can bring your new Yorkie home knowing they're healthy, happy, and ready to be part of your family.

Transport leaves on Tuesdays. At $350 flat, Illinois sits in our regional tier, and since the state is one of the nearer stops heading west, most families have their puppy within a day or two of departure rather than the full three. Park Forest comes up 323 miles into the route, and the same van reaches , including Rich IL, Crete IL, Monee IL, Richton Park IL, University Park IL, Olympia Fields IL, and Will IL.
Flight nanny. A handler carries the puppy in the cabin beside them, never in cargo, and hands it over at baggage claim. The usual arrival airports for Park Forest families are Gary Chicago International Airport, and Chicago Midway International Airport. Nearly all of these trips wrap up inside a day. It costs more than ground transport and gets quoted per flight, since the price depends on the route and the date. The puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under twenty pounds including the carrier, which no Yorkshire Terrier gets anywhere near, and we arrange the health certificate beforehand. Winter delays are worth planning around if you're flying a puppy into Illinois in January.
We send food along with every puppy. The method, the timing, and the price all get confirmed on a call once a puppy is reserved.
