Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Olive Branch, MS
Discover Why We Adore Yorkies
At The Puppy House, Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies, hold a special place in our hearts. Known for their beautiful, long, silky coat, Yorkies shed very little and are often recommended for people with allergies. Small as they are at 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. Still, what wins most people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. Even better, they love to cuddle and stay close all the time. They fit right in with most families. Reputable Yorkie breeders are hard to come by in the Olive Branch, Mississippi area, since there are so few responsible breeders nationwide. Because of this, we take great pride in offering our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Olive Branch. We want every family to be able to bring home a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.
Our Available Yorkie Puppies In Olive Branch
Why Our Puppies Are Second to None
When it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies, we do things the right way at The Puppy House. We hold ourselves to standards that go well beyond the basics. Our adult dogs are all genetically tested, and they come from strong bloodlines known for wonderful temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and have plenty of room to run, play, and socialize.
Our puppies all go through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), which involves gentle handling exercises in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important piece, and it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. We let our puppies play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great for socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
We welcome you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person if you're able to. That way, you can check out our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. For us, placing a Yorkie is a serious commitment and more than a one-time sale. We love building new friendships, keeping in touch, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before heading home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can rest assured that you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
What Delivery to Olive Branch, Mississippi Looks Like
Ground delivery to your door
This runs a flat $350 to any address in the state, and it is what most Olive Branch families use. Professional transport drives the puppy door to door in a climate controlled van, in an individual carrier, with updates along the way. Vans leave Sugarcreek on Tuesdays. Most families have their puppy within about three days of departure, and with 588 miles to cover, Olive Branch usually lands at the two to three day end of that. Out your way the van also delivers to , including Germantown TN, Oxford MS, Bridgetown MS, and Byhalia MS, and nothing changes for an address elsewhere in DeSoto County. The air conditioning matters more on this route than on most, since a four to seven pound dog has very little margin in July. Each puppy travels with a bag of the food it has been eating and a blanket that smells like its littermates.
Flight nanny to an airport near Olive Branch
A trained handler keeps the puppy in the cabin, never cargo, and passes it to you at baggage claim. Most of these are finished in a single day. Olive Branch families would meet the flight at Memphis International Airport, and McKellar-Sipes Regional Airport. Cost is quoted per flight and runs above ground transport. We arrange a veterinary health certificate before travel, and the puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under twenty pounds including the carrier, which is not a limit a Yorkie will ever come near.
Picking the puppy up in Sugarcreek
You're welcome at the farm by appointment. From Olive Branch that's 11 to 13 hours each way, a two day trip for most people, though it does let you see where the puppy was raised, meet the parent dogs and go through the health records and microchip registration face to face.
Which option fits Olive Branch
Ground transport is the sensible default almost everywhere in Mississippi, and that includes Olive Branch. If you would rather have the puppy home the same day, a flight nanny is worth pricing out. A few families do make the trip up to the farm, and they're always welcome.
