Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Frankfort, IL
Find Out the Reasons We Love Yorkies
The Yorkshire Terrier, also known as the Yorkie, holds a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. Yorkies have a beautiful, long, silky coat, and since they shed very little, they're often recommended for people with allergies. Yorkies may be small, typically weighing 7 pounds or less, but they have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. Still, it's their sweet nature and the deep bond they share with their family that win most people over. Their love of cuddling and staying right by your side is the icing on the cake. Most families find that Yorkies fit right in. Finding a trustworthy Yorkie breeder in the Frankfort, Illinois area isn't easy, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. This is why we're proud to make our carefully bred Yorkie puppies available to families in Frankfort. It matters to us that every family has access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

See What Sets Our Puppies Apart
We breed and raise our Yorkies the right way here at The Puppy House. We expect much more from ourselves than the basics. Our adult dogs are all genetically tested, and they come from strong bloodlines known for wonderful temperaments. Our dogs are all well cared for and have plenty of room to play and socialize.
In the first few weeks of life, every puppy goes through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises. Socialization is another important step, and it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. The puppies get to play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's a great way to socialize them, and they get plenty of exercise too.
We welcome you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person if you're able to. This way, you can see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We put a lot of thought into placing our Yorkies, and to us it's more than a one-time sale. We enjoy making new friends, keeping in touch, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before your puppy comes home, they receive their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can trust that you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.

Frankfort comes up 331 miles into the route, and the same van reaches , including Mokena IL, Frankfort Square IL, Peotone IL, and Green Garden IL.
Flight nanny. A handler carries the puppy in the cabin beside them, never in cargo, and hands it over at baggage claim. The usual arrival airports for Frankfort families are Chicago Midway International Airport, and Gary Chicago International Airport. Nearly all of these trips wrap up inside a day. It costs more than ground transport and gets quoted per flight, since the price depends on the route and the date. The puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under twenty pounds including the carrier, which no Yorkshire Terrier gets anywhere near, and we arrange the health certificate beforehand. Winter delays are worth planning around if you're flying a puppy into Illinois in January.
