Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Vernon, IL
Learn Why We Love Yorkshire Terriers
At The Puppy House, Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies, are a breed that's very dear to us. This breed has a long, beautiful, silky coat and is often recommended for people with allergies because it sheds very little. Yorkies generally weigh 7 pounds or less, yet they carry themselves with a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But what really wins people over is their sweet nature and the close bond they build with their family. On top of that, they love to cuddle and stay close all the time. They're a great match for most families. Families in the Vernon, Illinois area often find it challenging to locate a reputable Yorkie breeder, since there are so few responsible breeders nationwide. That's why we take real pride in providing our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Vernon. We want every family to be able to bring home a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Find Out What Makes Our Yorkie Puppies Special
At The Puppy House, we care about breeding and raising Yorkies the right way. Our standards are much higher than what's required. We only work with genetically tested adult dogs from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and have plenty of space for playing and socializing.
Each of our puppies receives Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a set of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another essential step, and it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as puppies grow. Playtime happens in the backyard, where our puppies explore with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. This is a great way for them to socialize, and they get plenty of exercise too.
You're welcome to visit us and pick out your puppy in person if you can. During your visit, you can see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take placing our Yorkies seriously, and to us it's more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends and staying in touch as our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before leaving for their new home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can rest assured that you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
