Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Westford, MA
Find Out What We Adore About Yorkies
Yorkshire Terriers, commonly known as Yorkies, hold a special place in the hearts of everyone at The Puppy House. This breed has a long, beautiful, silky coat and is often recommended for people with allergies because it sheds very little. Despite typically weighing 7 pounds or less, Yorkies carry a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family are what really win people over. Their love of cuddles and being near you all the time is the icing on the cake. For most families, a Yorkie fits right in. Since there are so few responsible breeders across the country, finding reputable Yorkie breeders in the Westford, Massachusetts area can be challenging. Because of this, we take great pride in offering our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Westford. We want every family to be able to bring home a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Discover Why Our Puppies Are the Best
When it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies, The Puppy House does things the right way. Our standards are set well above the minimum. All of our adult dogs are genetically tested and come from strong bloodlines known for their great temperaments. We take good care of our dogs and give them plenty of room to play and socialize.
All our puppies receive Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises we do in the first few weeks of life. Socialization matters just as much, since it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. They play and explore in our backyard with kids, adults, and our vaccinated adult dogs. That playtime is great socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
We always welcome visits, so come pick out your puppy in person if you can. That way, you can see our home and our dogs for yourself and meet us face to face. For us, placing a Yorkie is a serious commitment and more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, keeping in touch, and seeing our puppies grow up in loving homes.
Before heading home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can rest assured that you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
Getting a Yorkie Puppy Home to Westford, Massachusetts
There are three ways home, and for most families in Westford the choice comes down to the first two.
Ground delivery is what we recommend for Massachusetts. A professional transport service drives your puppy door to door in a climate controlled van, with an individual carrier, a pre transport vet check, and updates along the way. The fee is a flat $350 for Massachusetts, in Westford and in , including Chelmsford MA, Acton MA, Tyngsborough MA, Groton MA, Littleton MA, Ayer MA, and Littleton Common MA alike. Vans leave Sugarcreek on Tuesdays, and East Coast routes usually run next day, so most families are holding their puppy within about three days of departure. Door to door matters more here than people expect, because it means nobody in Middlesex County is circling an airport for parking or timing a drive around summer traffic.
Flight nanny is the fastest option. A trained handler carries your puppy in the cabin, never in cargo, in an airline approved soft carrier under the seat, and hands the puppy over at baggage claim. Most are over inside a single day. For Westford, the arrival airports we work with are Laurence G Hanscom Field, and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The puppy needs to be at least eight weeks old, under twenty pounds with the carrier, and traveling with a vet issued health certificate, which is never a problem for a Yorkie. Flight nanny costs more than ground and is quoted per flight.
Farm pickup is open to anyone willing to make the drive. Westford is 546 miles from Sugarcreek, and 10 to 12 hours each way turns it into a full weekend. Some Massachusetts families do it anyway because they want to see where the puppy was raised and go through the health records, microchip registration, and guarantee at the kitchen table. You'd head home with a small bag of the food the puppy has been eating, a toy, and a blanket that smells like the litter. We settle the method, the timing, and the fee on a call rather than at checkout.
