Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Paradise, NV
Find Out What We Love About Yorkies
Yorkshire Terriers, or Yorkies for short, have a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. The Yorkie's long, silky coat is beautiful and low-shedding, which makes the breed a common recommendation for people with allergies. Despite typically weighing 7 pounds or less, Yorkies carry a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But what most people love is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. Their fondness for cuddling and staying close all the time is the icing on the cake. They slip right into family life in most homes. With so few responsible breeders across the country, finding a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Paradise, Nevada area can be a challenge. That's why offering our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Paradise is something we take great pride in. Every family should have access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on, and that's what we're here to provide.

Why Our Puppies Make the Best Companions
At The Puppy House, we take care to breed and raise our Yorkies the right way. Meeting the basics isn't enough for us. We genetically test all of our adult dogs, and each one comes from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Every dog here gets great care and has plenty of room to play and socialize.
Every puppy takes part in Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Another important step is socialization, which lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. Playtime happens in the backyard, where our puppies explore with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great socialization, and it's good exercise for them too.
We welcome you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person if you're able to. That way, you can see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take placing our Yorkies seriously, and we see it as much more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, keeping in touch, and seeing our puppies grow up in loving homes.
Every puppy has their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam before going to their new home. You can rest easy knowing you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
Getting a Yorkie Puppy Home to Paradise, Nevada, by Road or by Air
Three ways get a puppy home, and living in Paradise narrows the choice down quickly.
Flight nanny. Most Nevada addresses do best with this. A trained handler flies with the puppy in the cabin, never in cargo, and hands it to you at baggage claim. Paradise families meet the flight at Harry Reid International Airport, and Boulder City Municipal Airport. Deliveries are usually finished the same day, with photo and video updates along the way. The puppy needs to be at least eight weeks old, under 20 pounds including the carrier, and cleared by a licensed veterinarian on a health certificate. Flight nanny costs more than ground and is quoted per flight, since the price follows the route.
Home delivery by ground. A professional transport service drives the puppy door to door in a custom climate controlled van, with an individual carrier, a pre transport vet check, and updates on the road. Ground delivery is $450 to any address in the state. Transport leaves on Tuesdays, and the drive west to Paradise is 1831 miles, so most families are looking at two to three days depending on the route. The van working Clark County takes in , including Whitney NV, and Winchester NV on the same loop. No airport trip on your end.
Farm pickup. You're welcome to come to Sugarcreek by appointment, see where the puppy was raised, and go over records and the microchip registration in person. At 36 to 38 hours one way from Paradise, almost no Nevada family drives it, though a few have picked up while already traveling through the Midwest.
A Yorkshire Terrier weighs four to seven pounds and wears a single silky coat with no undercoat, which leaves very little buffer against a hot Nevada afternoon. The van stays climate controlled the entire way, and because the nanny keeps the puppy in the cabin, the summer embargoes airlines place on cargo pets never come into it. For a July or August handoff we still aim early in the day and ask you to have water and a cool car ready. Small puppies can also run their blood sugar down after a long travel day, so feed a small meal soon after you get home. Timing, method, and cost get confirmed on a call.
