Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Lawton, OK
Discover the Reasons We Love Yorkies
Yorkshire Terriers, affectionately called Yorkies, have a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. Yorkies are low-shedding dogs with long, beautiful, silky coats, and they're often recommended for people with allergies. A Yorkie typically weighs 7 pounds or less but has a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But what truly wins people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. And their love of cuddling and staying close all the time is the icing on the cake. They adapt well to most families. Tracking down a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Lawton, Oklahoma area can be challenging, since responsible breeders are so rare across the country. That's why we're so proud to provide families in Lawton with our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies. We're committed to giving every family access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can rely on.

Find Out What Sets Our Puppies Apart
We breed and raise our Yorkies the right way here at The Puppy House. Our standards are much higher than what's required. All the adult dogs in our program are genetically tested and come from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Every dog here gets great care and has plenty of room to play and socialize.
Every puppy receives Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), which is a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important step, and it builds the foundation for good behavior and habits as they grow. Out in the backyard, our puppies play and explore alongside kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. This is a great way for them to socialize, and they get plenty of exercise too.
You're invited to visit us and choose your puppy in person if you can. That way, you can meet us face to face and see our home and our dogs. We take placing our Yorkies seriously, and we see it as much more than a one-time sale. We enjoy making new friends, keeping in touch, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
All of our puppies get their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam before they go home. You can be sure you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to become part of your family.

Ground home delivery
A professional pet transport service drives the puppy to your door in a custom climate controlled van, with its own carrier, a veterinary check before departure, and updates along the way. If you're outside Lawton proper, the van also delivers to , including Wichita Falls TX, Duncan OK, Altus OK, Elk City OK, Clinton OK, Anadarko OK, Sayre OK, Frederick OK, Hobart OK, Elgin OK, Cache OK, New Cordell OK, Mangum OK, Walters OK, Granite OK, Burns Flat OK, Hollis OK, Carnegie OK, Apache OK, Snyder OK, Geronimo OK, Fletcher OK, Cyril OK, Erick OK, Sentinel OK, Arapaho OK, Sterling OK, Cheyenne OK, Tipton OK, Mountain View OK, Blair OK, Fort Cobb OK, Hammon OK, Olustee OK, Dill City OK, and Canute OK and to rural Comanche County addresses. Nothing about it involves an airport, which is the reason most families pick it.
Flight nanny
A trained handler flies with the puppy beside them in the cabin, never in cargo, and hands it over at baggage claim. Nanny flights are usually a one day affair. Lawton families meet the flight at Lawton Fort Sill Regional Airport, and Wichita Falls Municipal Airport / Sheppard Air Force Base. The puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under 20 pounds with the carrier, which no Yorkshire Terrier ever comes close to, and a health certificate is arranged before the flight. Pricing is per flight and sits above ground delivery.
Pickup in Sugarcreek
You're welcome to come get the puppy yourself by appointment, though at 19 to 21 hours of driving each way, very few Oklahoma families do. It's worth timing around a trip you were making anyway. You get to see where the puppy grew up and go over the records, microchip registration, and guarantee in person.
What we suggest for Lawton
Ground delivery works for most families. It's the cheaper of the two, it puts the puppy at your front door, and two or three days on the road with a professional handler is easier on a four pound animal than most people expect. Choose the flight nanny if you want the puppy home in a single day. Either way the method, the timing, and the fee get settled on a call after the puppy is reserved.
