Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Falls, PA
Here's Why We Love Yorkies
At The Puppy House, the Yorkshire Terrier, or Yorkie, holds a special place in our hearts. Yorkies are often recommended for people with allergies because their long, beautiful, silky coat sheds very little. Yorkies typically weigh 7 pounds or less, but they have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But what truly wins people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. The fact that they love to cuddle and stay close all the time is the icing on the cake. They make a great fit for most families. Finding a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Falls, Pennsylvania area can be difficult, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. For this reason, we're proud to offer our carefully bred Yorkie puppies to families in Falls. Our aim is to give every family access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Find Out Why Our Puppies Stand Out
At The Puppy House, we make sure our Yorkies are bred and raised the right way. The bar we set for ourselves is well above the basics. All of our adult dogs come from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments, and every one is genetically tested. Every dog we have receives excellent care and has plenty of room to play and socialize.
All of our puppies go through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important piece, and it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. Our puppies spend time playing and exploring in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's excellent socialization, and it gives them lots of exercise as well.
If you can, we invite you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person. You'll be able to look around our home, see our dogs, and meet us face to face. Placing our Yorkies matters to us, and we see it as more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, hearing from them over the years, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Each puppy has their first round of vaccinations and a full veterinary exam before going home. You can bring your new Yorkie home knowing they're healthy, happy, and ready to be part of your family.
Yorkshire Terrier Delivery to Falls, Pennsylvania
Every puppy leaves from Sugarcreek, and there are three ways to get one home to Falls.
Farm pickup. You drive to us by appointment and take your puppy home the same day. From Falls that's 361 miles, about 6 to 8 hours each way. Visiting lets you see where your puppy was raised, meet us, and go over the health records, microchip registration, and guarantee at the kitchen table. When the drive is short enough to do in a day, this is the option we point Pennsylvania families toward first.
Home delivery by ground. A professional transport service drives your puppy to your door in a climate controlled van, in an individual carrier, with a veterinary check before departure and updates along the way. Pennsylvania sits in our regional tier, a flat $350. Transports leave on Tuesdays, and Pennsylvania destinations are usually next day arrivals, so Bucks County families, whether in Falls or in , including Levittown PA, Mansfield NJ, Morrisville PA, Roebling NJ, and Fieldsboro NJ, have their puppy within a day of departure. This is the most popular choice statewide and the one we recommend whenever the drive to us is more than you want to take on.
Flight nanny. A trained handler carries your puppy in the cabin beside them, never in cargo, and hands the puppy to you at baggage claim. Most of these are completed in a single day. For Falls, the options are Trenton Mercer Airport, and Philadelphia International Airport. Flight nanny is quoted per flight and costs more than ground, and it needs a puppy at least eight weeks old, under 20 pounds with the carrier, a health certificate, and some flexibility if weather pushes the schedule. A Yorkie is nowhere near that weight limit, so the carrier requirement is never an issue for this breed.
Your puppy travels with a bag of the food it has been eating. Whichever method you pick, the timing and the fee get confirmed on a call rather than at checkout.
