Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Duluth, MN
Explore What We Love About Yorkies
At The Puppy House, Yorkshire Terriers, often simply called Yorkies, are very close to our hearts. This breed has a beautiful, long, silky coat and sheds very little, which is why it's often recommended for people with allergies. Despite typically weighing 7 pounds or less, Yorkies carry a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But what most people love is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. The fact that they love to cuddle and stay close all the time is the icing on the cake. They're a great match for most families. Finding a trustworthy Yorkie breeder in the Duluth, Minnesota area isn't easy, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. Because of this, we take great pride in offering our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Duluth. We want each family to have access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can trust.

The Reasons Our Puppies Are the Best
Here at The Puppy House, we do things the right way when it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies. For us, the basics are only the starting point. Every adult dog in our program is genetically tested and comes from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Every dog here gets great care and has plenty of room to play and socialize.
Each of our puppies receives Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a set of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Another important step is socialization, which helps our puppies build good behavior and habits as they grow. Our pups play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great socialization, and it keeps them active too.
We invite you to come visit and pick out your puppy in person if you can. You'll be able to see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take placing our Yorkies seriously, and to us it's more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, checking in over the years, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before going home, every puppy gets their first round of vaccinations and is checked thoroughly by a veterinarian. You can rest easy knowing you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.

For Duluth families, our flights land at Duluth International Airport, and Range Regional Airport. Cabin travel has a twenty pound limit including the carrier, which a Yorkshire Terrier puppy clears with room to spare. Flights are quoted individually and cost more than ground. One thing worth planning around is that January and February weather in Minnesota can push a flight a day, so we ask families to keep a little flexibility in the schedule.
Pickup at the farm is open to anyone by appointment. From Duluth the drive is 13 to 15 hours, which means an overnight each way. Families who make the trip get to see the facility, meet the parents, and go over the health records and microchip registration in person. For most Minnesota buyers, ground transport is the sensible pick, with flight nanny worth the extra money if you're close to the airport and don't want to wait out the drive. Whichever way you go, we settle the method, the timing, and the fee on a phone call after the puppy is reserved. Call or text us at (330) 275-4443 if you want to walk through the options before choosing a puppy.
