Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Villa Park, IL
Learn Why We Love Yorkshire Terriers
At The Puppy House, Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies, are a breed that's very dear to us. This breed has a beautiful, long, silky coat and sheds very little, which is why it's often recommended for people with allergies. They may be tiny, typically weighing 7 pounds or less, but Yorkies have a feisty, bossy, big-dog attitude. But what truly wins people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. On top of that, they love to cuddle and stay close all the time. Most families find that Yorkies fit right in. Reputable Yorkie breeders can be hard to find in the Villa Park, Illinois area, since there are so few responsible breeders nationwide. This is why we're proud to make our carefully bred Yorkie puppies available to families in Villa Park. We want every family to have a healthy, well-raised puppy they can rely on.

Find Out What Makes Our Yorkie Puppies Special
At The Puppy House, we care about breeding and raising Yorkies the right way. We go well beyond the basic standards. Our adult dogs are all genetically tested, and they come from strong bloodlines known for wonderful temperaments. Every one of our dogs is well cared for and has plenty of room to play and socialize.
We put every puppy through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. We also focus on socialization, which lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as our puppies grow. Our pups play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. This playtime is great socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
If you can make the trip, we invite you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person. It's a chance to see our home, meet our dogs, and get to know us face to face. We don't take placing our Yorkies lightly, and to us it's more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, keeping in touch, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Each puppy has their first round of vaccinations and a full veterinary exam before going home. You can rest assured that you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
Yorkie Puppy Delivery to Villa Park, Illinois, and What Each Option Costs
Pickup in Sugarcreek. Collect the puppy yourself, by appointment. From Villa Park that's 6 to 8 hours each way. Families who make the drive see where the puppy was raised and go over the vaccination records, microchip registration, and health guarantee in person.
Home delivery by ground. Most Illinois families take this option, and it's the one we would suggest for almost any address in DuPage County. A professional transport service drives the puppy door to door in a climate controlled van, in an individual carrier, with a veterinary check before departure and updates along the way. Transport leaves on Tuesdays. At $350 flat, Illinois sits in our regional tier, and since the state is one of the nearer stops heading west, most families have their puppy within a day or two of departure rather than the full three. Villa Park comes up 344 miles into the route, and the same van reaches , including York IL, Elmhurst IL, Lombard IL, and Addison IL.
Flight nanny. A handler carries the puppy in the cabin beside them, never in cargo, and hands it over at baggage claim. The usual arrival airports for Villa Park families are Chicago O'Hare International Airport, and Chicago Midway International Airport. Nearly all of these trips wrap up inside a day. It costs more than ground transport and gets quoted per flight, since the price depends on the route and the date. The puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under twenty pounds including the carrier, which no Yorkshire Terrier gets anywhere near, and we arrange the health certificate beforehand. Winter delays are worth planning around if you're flying a puppy into Illinois in January.
We send food along with every puppy. The method, the timing, and the price all get confirmed on a call once a puppy is reserved.
