Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Trotwood, OH
The Reasons We Love Yorkies
At The Puppy House, we have a soft spot for Yorkshire Terriers, better known as Yorkies. The breed is often recommended for people with allergies thanks to its long, beautiful, silky coat that sheds very little. Yorkies usually tip the scales at 7 pounds or less, yet they have a feisty, bossy, big-dog attitude. But what really wins people over is their sweet nature and the close bond they build with their family. Their love of snuggling up and staying by your side is the icing on the cake. Most families find that Yorkies fit right in. Finding a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Trotwood, Ohio area can be difficult, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. That's why we're so proud to offer our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Trotwood. Our aim is to give every family access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

See What Makes Our Puppies the Best
At The Puppy House, we don't cut corners when it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies. We hold ourselves to a much higher standard than the basics. Every adult dog in our program is genetically tested and comes from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for, with plenty of room to play and socialize.
Every puppy goes through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important step that lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as our puppies grow. Our puppies spend time playing and exploring in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's a great way to socialize them, and they get plenty of exercise too.
We'd be happy to have you visit and pick out your puppy in person if you can. That gives you the chance to see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take placing our Yorkies seriously, since to us it's more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, keeping in touch, and seeing our puppies grow up in loving homes.
Before going home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can bring your new Yorkie home knowing they're healthy, happy, and ready to be part of your family.
Free Pickup, or $250 Delivery to Trotwood, Ohio
Coming to get the puppy
Pickup is free and it's what most Ohio families choose. From Trotwood the farm is 149 miles away, 2 to 4 hours by car. A visit is also what separates a breeder from the large puppy websites, which are brokers listing dogs from kennels they have never walked into. Visits are by appointment. That isn't us being formal about it. This is a working farm, and an appointment means the time gets set aside for you properly rather than fitted in between chores. Come out, take as long as you want, and ask us anything. Nobody has ever been rushed off this property.
We're closed Sundays. A message left with us then usually gets answered Monday morning.

Their own veterinarian checks each puppy over after pickup and before the van leaves the driveway. Reserve before noon on Monday and it usually runs that week.
Flying makes little sense inside Ohio and almost nobody asks for it. If you did want it, the nanny would land at James M. Cox Dayton International Airport, and Cincinnati Municipal Airport Lunken Field, but a commercial flight with an in-flight nanny runs $750 to $1,200, which buys you nothing on a drive this short.
