Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Monroe, NC
See Why We Adore Yorkies
Yorkshire Terriers, often called Yorkies, hold a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. The breed's long, silky coat is beautiful and sheds very little, so Yorkies are often recommended for people with allergies. Yorkies usually tip the scales at 7 pounds or less, yet they have a feisty, bossy, big-dog attitude. Even so, what really wins people over is their sweet nature and the strong bond they form with their family. Their love of cuddling and staying close all the time is the cherry on top. They adjust easily to life with most families. Because responsible breeders are so rare across the country, finding a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Monroe, North Carolina area can be tough. That's why we're so proud to offer our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Monroe. We want every family to be able to bring home a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

What Makes Our Puppies Special
At The Puppy House, we believe in doing things the right way when it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies. We hold ourselves to standards that go well beyond the basics. All of our adult dogs have been genetically tested, and each comes from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and have plenty of room to play and socialize.
Our puppies all go through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), which involves gentle handling exercises in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important piece, and it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. Our puppies play and explore outside in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's excellent socialization, and it gives them lots of exercise as well.
Whenever possible, we invite you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person. That gives you the chance to see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We're serious about placing our Yorkies, and for us it's more than a one-time sale. It means a lot to us to make new friends, keep in touch, and watch our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before leaving for their new home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can bring your new Yorkie home knowing they're healthy, happy, and ready to be part of your family.
Puppy Delivery to Monroe, North Carolina by Road, Air, or Farm Pickup
Ground transport carries most North Carolina puppies home. It's the option we suggest first for Monroe. A professional pet transport service carries the puppy door to door in a climate controlled van, in its own carrier, with a vet check before it leaves and updates as it travels. North Carolina sits in our regional pricing tier, so the flat fee is $350, in Monroe and in , including Unionville NC, Wadesboro NC, Wingate NC, Mineral Springs NC, Elgin SC, Marshville NC, Pageland SC, Norwood NC, Kershaw SC, Polkton NC, Chesterfield SC, Heath Springs SC, Jefferson SC, and Ansonville NC alike. Vans leave Sugarcreek on Tuesdays, and at 385 miles from the farm your address is an early stop on the route, which usually means the puppy is in your arms the following day rather than three days later.
Flight nanny is the faster choice and is quoted per flight rather than at a flat rate. A trained handler carries the puppy in the cabin the entire time, never in cargo, and hands the puppy to you at baggage claim, almost always the same day. The easiest arrivals for Union County families are Charlotte Douglas International Airport, and Concord-Padgett Regional Airport. A Yorkie makes this simple on the paperwork side, since the airline limit is 20 pounds including the carrier and an eight week old Yorkshire Terrier is nowhere near that. We arrange the health certificate before travel.
Farm pickup is the third option. The drive from Monroe is 7 to 9 hours each way, and a fair number of North Carolina families treat it as a weekend. Come to Sugarcreek by appointment, meet the puppy where it grew up, and we go through vaccination records, microchip registration, and the guarantee at the kitchen table. You leave with a bag of the food the puppy has been eating, a toy, and a blanket that smells like the litter.
The method, the timing, and the fee all get confirmed on a phone call after a puppy is reserved.
