Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Boardman, OH
Why We Love Yorkies
Everyone at The Puppy House has a soft spot for Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies. This breed has a beautiful, long, silky coat and sheds very little, which is why it's often recommended for people with allergies. They're small, usually weighing 7 pounds or less, but Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But what really wins people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. Their love of cuddling and being close by all the time is the icing on the cake. They settle into most family homes with ease. Because responsible breeders are so rare across the country, finding a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Boardman, Ohio area can be tough. This is why we're so proud to offer carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Boardman. We want every family to have the chance to own a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.
Our Available Yorkie Puppies In Boardman
See Why Our Puppies Are the Best
At The Puppy House, we're committed to breeding and raising Yorkies the right way. Our standards are set well above the minimum. We only work with genetically tested adult dogs from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and enjoy plenty of room to play and socialize.
Every puppy receives Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), which is a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important step, laying the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. They play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. This is a great way for them to socialize, and they get plenty of exercise too.
We welcome you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person if you're able to. That way, you get to see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. For us, placing a Yorkie is a serious commitment and more than a one-time sale. We enjoy gaining new friends, keeping in touch, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before your puppy comes home, they receive their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can trust that you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
Free Pickup, or $250 Delivery to Boardman, Ohio
Coming to get the puppy
Pickup is free and it's what most Ohio families choose. From Boardman the farm is 63 miles away, 1 to 2 hours by car. A visit is also what separates a breeder from the large puppy websites, which are brokers listing dogs from kennels they have never walked into. Visits are by appointment. That isn't us being formal about it. This is a working farm, and an appointment means the time gets set aside for you properly rather than fitted in between chores. Come out, take as long as you want, and ask us anything. Nobody has ever been rushed off this property.
We're closed Sundays. A message left with us then usually gets answered Monday morning.

Flying makes little sense inside Ohio and almost nobody asks for it. If you did want it, the nanny would land at Akron Canton Regional Airport, and Pittsburgh International Airport, but a commercial flight with an in-flight nanny runs $750 to $1,200, which buys you nothing on a drive this short.
