Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Lancaster, OH
Why We're Crazy About Yorkies
Everyone at The Puppy House has a soft spot for Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies. The breed is often recommended for people with allergies thanks to its long, beautiful, silky coat that sheds very little. Even though they typically weigh 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. However, what really wins people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. Plus, they love cuddling and staying close all the time, which makes them even more special. Yorkies adapt easily to most families. Finding a trustworthy Yorkie breeder in the Lancaster, Ohio area isn't easy, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. This is why we're proud to make our carefully bred Yorkie puppies available to families in Lancaster. We want each family to have access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can trust.

Find Out What Makes Our Puppies the Best
Breeding and raising Yorkies the right way is what we're all about at The Puppy House. We hold ourselves to a much higher standard than the basics. Each of our adult dogs is genetically tested and comes from strong bloodlines with a history of great temperaments. Every dog here is well cared for and has lots of room to play and socialize.
All of our puppies go through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Another important step is socialization, which helps shape good behavior and habits as they grow. Our puppies enjoy playing and exploring in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great socialization, and it keeps them active too.
If you're able, come visit us and pick out your puppy in person. You'll get to see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We take every Yorkie placement seriously, and to us it's much more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, checking in over the years, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Every puppy gets their first round of shots and a thorough veterinary exam before going home. You can be sure you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to become part of your family.
Free Pickup, or $250 Delivery to Lancaster, Ohio
Coming to get the puppy
Pickup is free and it's what most Ohio families choose. From Lancaster the farm is 74 miles away, 1 to 2 hours by car. A visit is also what separates a breeder from the large puppy websites, which are brokers listing dogs from kennels they have never walked into. Visits are by appointment. That isn't us being formal about it. This is a working farm, and an appointment means the time gets set aside for you properly rather than fitted in between chores. Come out, take as long as you want, and ask us anything. Nobody has ever been rushed off this property.
We're closed Sundays. A message left with us then usually gets answered Monday morning.

Flying makes little sense inside Ohio and almost nobody asks for it. If you did want it, the nanny would land at Rickenbacker International Airport, and John Glenn Columbus International Airport, but a commercial flight with an in-flight nanny runs $750 to $1,200, which buys you nothing on a drive this short.
