The number one priority when we raise puppies is their health. We stand behind the health of our puppies and the genetics of their parents. We offer a one year genetic warranty and health guarantee on puppies we raise. We also make sure your puppy goes home with all of the vaccinations and wormers given on their record, which you will recieve aswell. Read the health guarantee below which we have you sign when recieving your new puppy.
The Puppy House Health Guarantee
The seller certifies that the puppy purchase is in sound health at the time of sale to the best of our knowledge and has been given all vaccinations and wormers stated on the vaccination record provided to the buyer. The buyer will become responsible for further vaccination, boosters, and wormers. If this puppy becomes sick or has a genetic default, The following stipulations must be adhered to for a replacement to be made. Official report from a licensed veterinarian stating that the puppy has a genetic defect that would hinder the puppies‘ life must be sent to to us along with the phone number of the veterinarian’s office. The documentation must be forwarded before a determination will be made. The seller reserves the right to confirm the diagnosis with a veterinarian of our choice. The seller will not be responsible for any expense the buyer may incur, including return shipping and vet expenses.
This guarantee applies only to the original buyer and is good for one year. Parasites are not covered under warranty as a puppy can pick these up overnight in travel.
Hernias, umbilical or inguinal are occasionally present in puppies. If surgery is required, we provide $250 for umbilical and $350 for inguinal. Most will be outgrown. If not they can be easily repaired at time of spaying.
This puppy was raised from sound parents, and it is your responsibility to take good care of him/her to ensure a long healthy life. You will play an important role in helping your puppy grow into a healthy adult..
I, the seller, do hereby agree to offer a one year genetic warranty on this puppy as stated in the conditions above.
