Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Yorkville, IL
Discover Why We Love Yorkies
Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies, have a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. This breed has a beautiful, long, silky coat and sheds very little, which is why it's often recommended for people with allergies. A Yorkie typically weighs 7 pounds or less but has a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. What really wins people over, though, is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. As a bonus, they love to cuddle and stay close all the time. Yorkies fit right in with most families. Searching for a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Yorkville, Illinois area can be challenging, given how few responsible breeders there are nationwide. That's why we're proud to offer families in Yorkville our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies. Our mission is to help every family find a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.
Our Available Yorkie Puppies In Yorkville
Why Our Puppies Are the Best
At The Puppy House, we do things the right way when it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies. Our standards go far beyond the basics. Our adult dogs are all genetically tested, and they come from strong bloodlines known for wonderful temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and enjoy plenty of room to play and socialize.
All our puppies receive Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises we do in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is another important step, and it helps build good behavior and habits as our puppies grow. In the backyard, our puppies play and explore with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
If you're able, come visit us and pick out your puppy in person. That way, you can tour our home, see our dogs, and meet us face to face. We take every Yorkie placement seriously, and to us it's much more than a one-time sale. We enjoy making new friends, staying in touch, and seeing our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before any puppy goes home, they receive their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can be sure you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to become part of your family.

Home delivery by ground. Most Illinois families take this option, and it's the one we would suggest for almost any address in Kendall County. A professional transport service drives the puppy door to door in a climate controlled van, in an individual carrier, with a veterinary check before departure and updates along the way. Transport leaves on Tuesdays. At $350 flat, Illinois sits in our regional tier, and since the state is one of the nearer stops heading west, most families have their puppy within a day or two of departure rather than the full three. Yorkville comes up 364 miles into the route, and the same van reaches , including Bristol IL, Ottawa IL, Little Rock IL, Bruce IL, Plano IL, Kendall IL, South Ottawa IL, Sandwich IL, Northville IL, Saratoga IL, Manlius IL, Marseilles IL, Lake Holiday IL, Mission IL, Oglesby IL, Otter Creek IL, Erienna IL, Sheridan IL, Utica IL, Somonauk IL, Fox IL, Big Grove IL, Adams IL, Serena IL, Newark IL, Lisbon IL, Farm Ridge IL, Fall River IL, Millington IL, Miller IL, Dayton IL, Allen IL, and Grand Ridge IL.
Flight nanny. A handler carries the puppy in the cabin beside them, never in cargo, and hands it over at baggage claim. The usual arrival airports for Yorkville families are Chicago O'Hare International Airport, and Chicago Midway International Airport. Nearly all of these trips wrap up inside a day. It costs more than ground transport and gets quoted per flight, since the price depends on the route and the date. The puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under twenty pounds including the carrier, which no Yorkshire Terrier gets anywhere near, and we arrange the health certificate beforehand. Winter delays are worth planning around if you're flying a puppy into Illinois in January.
We send food along with every puppy. The method, the timing, and the price all get confirmed on a call once a puppy is reserved.
