Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Huber Heights, OH
Why Yorkies Have Our Hearts
Everyone at The Puppy House has a soft spot for Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies. The Yorkie's long, silky coat is beautiful and low-shedding, which makes the breed a common recommendation for people with allergies. Small as they are at 7 pounds or less, Yorkies have a big-dog attitude that can be feisty and bossy. Still, it's their sweet nature and the deep bond they share with their family that win most people over. Their love of cuddling and being close by all the time is the icing on the cake. For most families, a Yorkie fits right in. Finding a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Huber Heights, Ohio area can be difficult, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. That's why we're so proud to offer our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Huber Heights. Our aim is to give every family access to a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Discover What Makes Our Puppies the Best
Breeding and raising Yorkies the right way is what we're all about at The Puppy House. Our standards reach well past the basics. Each of our adult dogs is genetically tested and comes from strong bloodlines with a history of great temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and have plenty of space for playing and socializing.
Our puppies each go through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Another important step is socialization, which helps shape good behavior and habits as they grow. The puppies get to play and explore in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great socialization, and they get lots of exercise along the way.
Whenever possible, we invite you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person. That way, you can see our home and our dogs for yourself and meet us face to face. We don't take placing our Yorkies lightly, and to us it's more than a one-time sale. We love keeping in touch with the new friends we make and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before going home, every puppy gets their first round of vaccinations and is checked thoroughly by a veterinarian. You can rest easy knowing you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
Free Pickup, or $250 Delivery to Huber Heights, Ohio
Coming to get the puppy
Pickup is free and it's what most Ohio families choose. From Huber Heights the farm is 138 miles away, 2 to 4 hours by car. A visit is also what separates a breeder from the large puppy websites, which are brokers listing dogs from kennels they have never walked into. Visits are by appointment. That isn't us being formal about it. This is a working farm, and an appointment means the time gets set aside for you properly rather than fitted in between chores. Come out, take as long as you want, and ask us anything. Nobody has ever been rushed off this property.
We're closed Sundays. A message left with us then usually gets answered Monday morning.
Home delivery
If the drive genuinely doesn't work, home delivery to Huber Heights, to , or anywhere else in Miami County is $250, which is the lowest rate we charge anywhere. Your puppy travels with a pet delivery service in a climate controlled van, in a carrier of its own, and there are always two drivers so somebody is with the puppies the whole way. Their own veterinarian checks each puppy over after pickup and before the van leaves the driveway. Reserve before noon on Monday and it usually runs that week.
Flying makes little sense inside Ohio and almost nobody asks for it. If you did want it, the nanny would land at James M. Cox Dayton International Airport, and Cincinnati Municipal Airport Lunken Field, but a commercial flight with an in-flight nanny runs $750 to $1,200, which buys you nothing on a drive this short.
