Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Troy, IL
Learn Why We Love Yorkshire Terriers
Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies, are a breed we really love at The Puppy House. This breed's gorgeous, long, silky coat sheds very little, so it's often suggested for people with allergies. Even though most Yorkies weigh 7 pounds or less, they often act like big dogs, with an attitude that can be feisty and bossy. But their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family are what really win people over. Then there's their love of cuddling and staying close all the time, which is the icing on the cake. Most families find that Yorkies fit right in. If you live in the Troy, Illinois area, finding a reputable Yorkie breeder can be challenging, since there are so few responsible breeders nationwide. That's why offering our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Troy is something we take great pride in. We want every family to be able to bring home a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Discover Why Our Yorkie Puppies Are the Best
At The Puppy House, we care about breeding and raising Yorkies the right way. Our standards go well beyond the basics. Our adult dogs are genetically tested and come from strong bloodlines with a reputation for great temperaments. Every one of our dogs is well cared for and has plenty of room to play and socialize.
Each puppy goes through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Socialization is just as important, and it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. They spend time in the backyard playing and exploring with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great socialization, and they get lots of exercise along the way.
We invite you to come visit and pick out your puppy in person if you can. It's a chance to see our home, meet our dogs, and get to know us face to face. To us, placing a Yorkie is more than a one-time sale, and we take it seriously. We love keeping in touch with the new friends we make and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before going home, every puppy gets their first round of vaccinations and is checked thoroughly by a veterinarian. You can rest easy knowing you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.
