Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Palatine, IL
Learn Why Yorkies Are So Special to Us
Few breeds are as close to our hearts at The Puppy House as the Yorkshire Terrier, also known as the Yorkie. People with allergies are often pointed toward Yorkies, since their beautiful, long, silky coat sheds very little. Don't let their size fool you. Yorkies typically weigh 7 pounds or less, but they have a feisty, bossy, big-dog attitude. However, what really wins people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. Plus, they love cuddling and staying close all the time, which makes them even more special. They blend right in with most families. With so few responsible breeders across the country, finding a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Palatine, Illinois area can be a challenge. That's why offering our carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Palatine is something we take great pride in. We want every family to enjoy a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Why Our Puppies Are the Ones to Choose
At The Puppy House, we always do things the right way when it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies. We go far beyond the minimum standards. All of our adult dogs are genetically tested and come from strong bloodlines known for their great temperaments. Every dog we have receives excellent care and has plenty of room to play and socialize.
Every puppy takes part in Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Another important step is socialization, which lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. Playtime happens in the backyard, where our puppies explore with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. This time outside is great socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
If you're able, come visit us and pick out your puppy in person. Visiting lets you see our home and our dogs and meet us face to face. We don't take placing our Yorkies lightly, and to us it's more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, checking in over the years, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before they go home, all of our puppies receive their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can trust that you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to be part of your family.

Flight nanny. A handler carries the puppy in the cabin beside them, never in cargo, and hands it over at baggage claim.
