Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Spokane, WA

See Why We Love Yorkies
Yorkshire Terriers, also known as Yorkies, have a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. The breed is often recommended for people with allergies thanks to its long, beautiful, silky coat that sheds very little. Yorkies usually weigh no more than 7 pounds, yet they have a big-dog attitude that can be both feisty and bossy. But what really wins people over is their sweet nature and the close bond they build with their family. Plus, they love cuddling and staying close all the time, which makes them even more special. Yorkies adapt easily to most families. Finding reputable Yorkie breeders in the Spokane, Washington area can be challenging, since there are so few responsible breeders across the country. This is why we're so proud to offer carefully bred Yorkshire Terrier puppies to families in Spokane. Our goal is to help every family bring home a healthy, well-raised puppy they can rely on.
Our Available Yorkie Puppies In Spokane
Why Our Puppies Are a Cut Above
At The Puppy House, we do things the right way when it comes to breeding and raising Yorkies. We expect much more from ourselves than the basics. Our adult dogs come from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments, and all of them are genetically tested. Every dog we have receives excellent care and has plenty of room to play and socialize.
Every puppy takes part in Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Socialization matters just as much, since it lays the groundwork for good behavior and habits as they grow. Our puppies explore and play in the backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. That playtime is great socialization, and it gives them plenty of exercise too.
If you can, we'd love for you to come see us and pick out your puppy in person. That way, you can tour our home, see our dogs, and meet us face to face. Placing our Yorkies is something we take seriously, and to us it's more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, keeping in touch, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before going home, each puppy is given their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can be sure you're bringing home a healthy, happy Yorkie who's ready to become part of your family.
Puppy Delivery to Spokane, Washington: Flight Nanny, Ground Transport, and Farm Pickup
Flight nanny. Almost every Washington family gets this recommendation from us, and Spokane is no exception. A trained handler carries the puppy in an airline approved soft carrier under the seat beside them, never in cargo, and hands the puppy over at baggage claim. Same day arrival is the norm. Families in Spokane County fly puppies into Spokane International Airport, and Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport. The puppy needs to be at least eight weeks old, under 20 pounds including the carrier, which no Yorkie comes close to, and travel with a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. Flight nanny costs more than ground transport and is quoted per flight, since the price follows the airfare.
Ground transport. A professional service drives the puppy door to door in a climate controlled van with an individual carrier, a veterinary check before departure, and updates along the way. The flat fee to Washington is $450, in Spokane and in , including Spokane Valley WA, Cheney WA, Airway Heights WA, Mead WA, Country Homes WA, Town and Country WA, Medical Lake WA, Colville WA, Deer Park WA, Fairchild AFB WA, Chewelah WA, Davenport WA, Kettle Falls WA, Loon Lake WA, Reardan WA, Curlew Lake WA, Clayton WA, Rosalia WA, and Springdale WA alike. Transport leaves Ohio on Tuesdays, and the drive to Spokane is 1827 miles, so plan on two to three days on the road. It costs less than flying and skips the airport trip entirely, which some families prefer even at the longer travel time.
Farm pickup. Collecting the puppy here yourself is welcome, by appointment. It's 36 to 38 hours one way from Spokane, but a few families build it into a wider drive or a visit with relatives. Coming here means meeting the puppy where it grew up and going through the health records, microchip registration, and guarantee in person.
Feed small meals often for the first few days after arrival. Toy breed puppies can drop their blood sugar after a long travel day, and frequent little meals are the simple prevention. Whichever method suits you, we settle the timing and the fee on the phone rather than at checkout.
