Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale in Oklahoma City, OK

Learn the Reasons We Love Yorkies
Yorkshire Terriers, affectionately called Yorkies, have a special place in our hearts at The Puppy House. This breed's gorgeous, long, silky coat sheds very little, so it's often suggested for people with allergies. Don't let their size fool you. Yorkies typically weigh 7 pounds or less, but they have a feisty, bossy, big-dog attitude. But what truly wins people over is their sweet nature and the deep bond they form with their family. Their love of cuddling and always staying close is the icing on the cake. They quickly become part of most families. With so few responsible breeders across the country, finding a reputable Yorkie breeder in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area can be a challenge. This is why we're proud to make our carefully bred Yorkie puppies available to families in Oklahoma City. We want every family to find a healthy, well-raised puppy they can count on.

Learn What Sets Our Puppies Apart
We breed and raise our Yorkies the right way here at The Puppy House. We set our standards well above the basics. All of our adult dogs are genetically tested, and they come from strong bloodlines known for great temperaments. Our dogs are well cared for and have plenty of space for playing and socializing.
Every puppy goes through Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), a series of gentle handling exercises done in the first few weeks of life. Another important step is socialization, which helps shape good behavior and habits as they grow. The puppies play and explore in our backyard with kids, adults, and our own vaccinated adult dogs. It's great socialization, and it's a fun way for them to get exercise too.
We invite you to visit us and pick out your puppy in person if you can. That way, you can meet us face to face and see our home and our dogs. We take placing our Yorkies to heart, and to us it's more than a one-time sale. We love making new friends, hearing from them over the years, and watching our pups grow up in loving homes.
Before going home, each puppy receives their first round of vaccinations and a thorough veterinary exam. You can bring your new Yorkie home knowing they're healthy, happy, and ready to be part of your family.
Yorkie Puppy Delivery to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma: Ways Home and What They Cost
Oklahoma sits in our national delivery tier at a flat $450 for ground transport, and the drive from Sugarcreek to Oklahoma City runs 930 miles, roughly 18 to 20 hours behind the wheel.
Ground home delivery
A professional pet transport service drives the puppy to your door in a custom climate controlled van, with its own carrier, a veterinary check before departure, and updates along the way. Vans leave on Tuesdays. For a city at this distance, expect the puppy to arrive within about two to three days of departure depending on the route. If you're outside Oklahoma City proper, the van also delivers to , including Edmond OK, Bethany OK, Warr Acres OK, The Village OK, and Nichols Hills OK and to rural Canadian County addresses. Nothing about it involves an airport, which is the reason most families pick it.
Flight nanny
A trained handler flies with the puppy beside them in the cabin, never in cargo, and hands it over at baggage claim. Nanny flights are usually a one day affair. Oklahoma City families meet the flight at OKC Will Rogers World Airport, and Stillwater Regional Airport. The puppy has to be at least eight weeks old and under 20 pounds with the carrier, which no Yorkshire Terrier ever comes close to, and a health certificate is arranged before the flight. Pricing is per flight and sits above ground delivery.
Pickup in Sugarcreek
You're welcome to come get the puppy yourself by appointment, though at 18 to 20 hours of driving each way, very few Oklahoma families do. It's worth timing around a trip you were making anyway. You get to see where the puppy grew up and go over the records, microchip registration, and guarantee in person.
What we suggest for Oklahoma City
Ground delivery works for most families. It's the cheaper of the two, it puts the puppy at your front door, and two or three days on the road with a professional handler is easier on a four pound animal than most people expect. Choose the flight nanny if you want the puppy home in a single day. Either way the method, the timing, and the fee get settled on a call after the puppy is reserved.
